Nice Things To List

Hi darlings!

It is common to say that there is inspiration for nail art manicures, but I have a swatch inspired mani! Basically, IG@jessuhhhkuh shared a personal story on Instagram about how she battled eating disorder. You guys should read it (here).  After which, she posted this picture to show support for eating disorder awareness by wearing periwinkle or light purple.

I don't own any periwinkle (unfortunately), but I do own light purples. The ones I have are CG Light As Air and Essence Ballerina's Charm. I chose Essence because I have not tried it once since I bought it last.. year. I pulled it off the rack and smacked them on my nails!

Back to the review! 

Ballerina's Charm is a very apt name. As I've learnt ballet from 4 years old to 12 years old, I do vaguely remember seeing some older girls wear leotards of this shade of polish. Just like this one pictured below:

This shade of purple  against my skin tone seems to have hints of taupe. I felt rather fascinated by it and also the beautiful subtle shimmers exhibits how the ballerina is like. Soft and elegant. Perfect.

 Hello friends!

Today I have for you a swatch of a multi colour flake nail polish from Essence 'Waking Up In Vegas'. This is a bottle of awesomeness. It has green, red, pink, purple shone in different lighting. I chose a very light pale blue base because I wanted something fresh and subtle. Really love this easy mani with just a topper. A 5/5 from me!

Two coats, no topcoat

This color is the perfect blue I have been looking for. It is sheer this first coat but totally even out on the second. To add on a little more fun, I added a DANCE topcoat named Waking Up In Vegas. 

This is the prettiest thing I've ever seen. The flecks as seen above are mostly red and pinkish, however, in another angle or lighting, you could see green! I totally fell in love with this one :-)

Hi! Today I just bought this nail polish, one that I have been longing for! This is Essence That's What I Mint, and the colour intruges me! It's blue yet not entirely blue! I guess that's why they are called mint LOL. So, with swatch, of course there's a LIVE SWATCH!
