Well hi there!

I'm here to share a new indie brand on the blog! I bought Dollish Polish from MeiMeiSignatures (not surprised right LOL). This was the other polish I got together with I Am The Narwhal for a discount hehehe.

So my friends, let's take a lookie at bottle shots first :D I have for you to compare how it looks like in different lighting too!

Dollish Polish - Penny... Penny... Penny... (PPP) is a sheer but buildable polish. I can be very frank and say that I was very dissapointed on the first coat because it was that sheer. However, putting on the second coat was a lot better. I used two thin coats and the last coat a thick one for the swatches.

Formula was nonetheless good and I was really pleased to say that I do not need any fishing or swirling around of the glitter pieces, Speaking of glitter... PPP really did a good job here!

I especially love love loveeeee the nude-pink base with shimmers that shows off like ultra micro copper flakies. I would think that PPP is rather office friendly in fact!

Now, take a look at how PPP looks under natural lighting, I know the difference is quite big, but honestly irl they both are as amazing.

This is my fav picture, the wonderful macro does it again!! You can clearly see the copper square and hexagons and a few darker orange pieces too. The glitters go so well with the base which I mentioned earlier. Oh gawd, it looks so pretty...

Picture swatches wise, I feel like the natural lighting one shows of PPP more elegantly and softly which I really adore to look at! What do you think?

Hello sparkly reader!

Today I have for you a new-to-me indie brand, Scofflaw. I bought I Am The Narwhal from MeiMeiSignatures, an online indie and mainstream polish distributor based in my sunny country land of Singapore.

I was drawn into this polish mainly because of two things; blue and gray. I think this is my latest fave colours in combination. Maybe I should venture more nail art in these colours! Anyway, here is a humble macro bottle shot.

For a clearer look at the glitters, see the images below all taken under artificial lighting.

Swatches are in two coats with Glisten & Glow HK Girl Top Coat. The formula and application was excellent, the glitters are amazing because of its density in the polish. Most of all I love the grey-white and blue glitter combo together with the shimmery dusty blue base. I'M IN LOVE.

Of course not forgetting the macro shot... ta-da!! Take a moment to enjoy the complexity yet subtleness of the glitters and the super micro fine dark gray glitters that is not visible to the naked eye (which I thought contributes to the blue-gray base color).

Oh, the glorious bright teal small square glitters... *gasps* So lovely I just can't even handle it. Excuse my fangirling over a polish and it's glitter, I'm just amazed at the combination of everything!

I definitely give this a 5/5 stars (Y) What do you think? How many stars are you gonna give this little babe?

Today is St. Patrick's Day and so here is my green themed mani! Also to join in the fun of Hobby Polish Blogger's March LinkUp.

For this manicure, I did a simple water marble design using different shades of green and the topped it off with a glitter, Paws By Eddie - Cleo (reviewed here) and for the accent nail I did a full glitter using B Squared Lacquer - Tennis Court.

If you're wondering what polishes I used to marble, they are Barry M - Waikiki, Barry M - Spring Green, Revlon - Trendy, Morgan Taylor - Gotta Have Hue.

Well, I'm back with more Chloe and Bella polishes! Today I have something really unique to my stash :D *excited*

Introducing the bottle macro shot of TITANIUM.

Before I start off, I would like to rant a teeny bit. My DSLR isn't working *sobs* it doesn't auto focus and it sucks D: I resorted to my Dad's decent enough compact camera for these swatches. I feel like I owe so much more to Titanium and Barbara (owner of C&S). *cries again* I hope these swatches are okay, although to me the standard is not met :/

Okay rant over, now let's start with this amazing polish!

Titanium is a strong, dense silver falkie which only needs two good coats to actually cover the bare nail. It is SO reflective! I could see the reflection of my camera when I was taking pictures. You could see it more clearly on my macro shots!

As you can see, that white reflection near the cuticle is my phone HAHA!

The formula of Titanium is a bit thick, however application was not hard at all. However when painting on flakies, I would suggest that you don't go too near the cuticles cause clean up is imaginably a nightmare! We don't want that right? :P

You may realise in this macro shot that you could see some of my naked nail underneath. But tbh, it is not visible IRL. I mean, it is already so shiny no one would ever notice! They would notice that reflective nail that these small minor gaps, right? So, I felt that this wasn't much of a problem. You could always go for full coverage on a third coat (:

Today's post is on a new brand to me! It is B Sqaured Lacquer and guess what, I bought myself the very first full size collection of nail polish! Horray! *throws confetti* Royals is part of the Colorful Music collection that I got (with the help of a friend staying in the States).

The first polish I jumped at was obviously Royals. In the bottle, it already captivated my heart. And let me just warn you, that Royals did win my heart over!

Royals has a jelly like formula however it is completely opaque in two easy coats. I was really surprised and awed by just how smoothly it applied on the nail. This polish was problem-free! The only problem now is... explaining to you, my dear reader, the amount of sparkle and holo in this baby.

Royals is a blurple jelly which in some lighting shows more prominently blue while in others was a purple. It reminds me of the glaxies, just look at the macro shot above *heart shaped eyes emoji* There are like opaque dark purple micro glitters that seems like they were sandwiched between coats plus the slightly bigger holo sparkles lying around the nail, bringing yet more blingz!

As you can see above, it shows a pretty purple under direct sunlight and what's better is the amazing sparkle of the glitters that I just adore so so much! I swore, I kept looking at my nails the whole time I wore it. I would be taking the escalators up in a mall and unconsciously looking at my nails and moving them to see the sparkle hehehe :P

In this shot above, I snapped it with my phone camera just because it shows the nice combination of dark blue and purple. If you guys have been following me, I was not a purple fan at all. Until I came across Cirque Colors - Fascination Street (reviewed here) that changed my thoughts about purples. Well, that feeling is the same for Royals too.

Royals also looks really great without the sun on my nails because you get to see the glitters that reminds me of flakies in some ways and that the subtle soft look to it is just as delicious :P

I definitely did save the best for the last! This macro right here, is where my heart gave way and opened with big arms and virtually hugged this baby polish! *swoons* Oh, you could see how lovely the holo square glitters look right there and the purple jelly here looks super yummy *swallows saliva*

How much do I love Royals? I love it so much I am thinking it'll be my top three favourite polishes! I still can't get enough of it, honestly! I was really sad when I removed it :'(

It has been a long time since I am here right? I was busy with school projects :( Anyway, I am back with a review of a new-to-me brand, Jior Courture! I was fortunate enough to receive some polishes to share my thoughts (:

So without further ado, let's move on to the first polish which is from the Simply Fall Collection - I Can Azure You It's Fall.

In the bottle, you can see that it is a regular creme, in a rich darkened inky blue color. A very fall-ish shade to set the tone for the season. However, there's a twist!

When I first applied ICAYIF, I was very impressed with the formula. It was opaque and easy to work with. Application was not a problem at all! Then, the next thing I noticed was the brush.

Though what I received was the mini bottle, the brush was heaven, I just really liked it a lot! It was neither too short nor flat, it was basically like a normal sized polish brush would look like.

The twist which I mentioned earlier... Well, it is that ICAYIF dries matte! I was genuinely surprised because I was simply thinking of a glossy creme dark blue. ICAYIF is a very deepend blue with slight hints of dark teal in it too. The color makes me want to escape the Singapore heat and go to somewhere with the cooling fall temperature.

Let's start with the swatches, they are all in two easy coats!

I then topped it off with a topcoat from Glisten & Glow HK Girl Topcoat to bring out the shine of ICAYIF. The glossy finish does not change the color at all, which was great!

I cannot decide whether I like it matte or glossy, It's hard to decide! Overall, I do find I Can Azure You It's Fall a really pretty shade. Plus, it is blue my favorite color haha!

I am ashamed to say that I bought this polish 2 freaking months ago and have only used it for the first time today. It was on my waiting list for a superbly long time... I'm so sorry Traveling By Bubbles :(

Let the sadness be over, here is the swatch post I have been waiting to do. Let's take a look at the bottle shots!!

Oh my eyes, look at that! Smitten Polish's Traveling By Bubbles is a creamy shimmery light blue base with tiny round bright blue glitter and bigger round pieces which are teal and more distinct compared to the smaller ones. There are magenta purple-y teeny micro glitters that contrasts really well with the whole polish mix.

The application was easy as the formula was good. It was sheer on the first coat and was alright by the second as it levels itself. I would suggest that you can go with a third if you have the time. After applying Glisten & Glow's HK Girl top coat, it still feels a tad rough however nothing too major. I still love them glitters and blues ^^

If you know, I had done two reviews on two polishes(Midnight & Starlight) from Chloe and Bella AND I did promise to show you the remaining FOUR polishes in a big post right? Well, here it is! Today's mega picture-heavy post stars these beauties:

First off, CORNFLOWER.

This amazing glitter topper is uh-mazing! There's so may pieces of my fave color blue hehehe! So there's bigger, smaller and teeny tiny striking bright blue square pieces. Adding on, there's very fine micro silver glitters together with dark blue tiny square pieces and some dark blue thin bar glitters! There's even some beautiful silver but not overly flashy bigger hexagon pieces plus a few pieces of yellow translucent hexagon glitters too!

There were no problems with application or formula. They were all great! Cornflower is a polish with a shimmery sheer blue base. The glitter payoff is really great, I only needed minimal dabbing which is reall awesome. Here's how it looks on it's own with one, two and three coats (no topcoat) in order:

Next, I tried Cornflower over a black polish (a-england Camelot) and a off-white polish (OPI - My Boyfriend Scales Walls). I normally would like glitters over black, but surprisingly for Cornflower I like the white base more as I can see the blue better.

Here is one coat of Cornflower without any top coat.

Even though I said I prefer Cornflower over white instead of black, the close-up picture over black needs some attention!!! The small silver micro glitters are really showing off really well outdoors, plus the blue looks so electrifying here *drools*

And here's to more glitter~ Second coat!

Alas, the last picture for Cornflower. I saved the last for the best *winks* Here's two coats of Cornflower over white up close and personal *heart-shaped eyes*

Now... moving on to DAFFODIL.

When I first picked up this polish the first thing that came to mind was "this is a happy polish!". I mean look at the color combo, it's just like sunshine and all the happiness revolving it.

This glitter topper is loaded with cute big yellow round glitters, big white hexagon pieces, smaller sized yellow hexagon glitter, medium sized orange-gold glitters, translucent yellow bar glitters and my fave of all - bright fiery orange small sized hexagon glitters.

The formula was great, not a problem at all! The amount of glitter is more than enough and you don't need fishing. Also, some dabbing is required to place glitters to space them out and give more variety to the glitters on the nail. Here's how it looks on it's own with one, two and three coats (no topcoat) in order:

And now let's add some colors! I used a pink-ish coral polish (Revlon - Apricot Nectar) and a black polish (a-england - Camelot). I really really loooooove Daffodil over Apricot Nectar, it just goes so well with all the glitters. Especially my fave glitter the fiery orange hexagons, it just matches so well! I chose black to show you that Daffodil has a pretty pretty shimmery base.

Here's one coat of Daffodil, and personally, I like it with one instead of two.

!!Attention!! at my ring finger in the swatch below! Lookie at the fiery orange caught under the sun! It's so pretty, I can't eveeeeen!!

Next we have FREESIA.

Freesia is definitely for you purple girls out there! I mean, I don't particularly love purple that much, but well this bottle proves me otherwise!

It contains cute big yellow and purple round glitters, medium sized yellow and purple hexagon shaped pieces, a few white matte triangles, tiny purple bar glitters. All of these with a beautiful stunning purple shimmery base that flashes blue in some angles.

Hands down, Freesia has the BEST glitter pay off compared to the other polishes mentioned here. There are loads and loads of those medium sized purple hexagons, it overwhelms me! Application and formula are great, A*! Here's how it looks on it's own with one, two and three coats (no topcoat) in order:

And now, I added Freesia over black polish (a-england - Camelot) and off-white polish (OPI - My Boyfriend Scales Walls). You can see very clearly on my ring finger how the shimmery lilac base becomes blue under artificial lighting, amazing! Here's one coat~

Moving on with the second coat plus top coat! Here you can see what I mean by there's a lit of those medium sized purple hexagon glitters. I didn't even have to fish and I even swipe clean of one side of the brush!!

Last but not least, STARGAZER.

Stargazer is a clear based glitter topper with many interesting magenta glitter pieces. There are diamond, medium and bigger round glitters, small tiny micro glitters, short bar glitters and... stars! Also, there are a few yellow glitters too! There's the cute round yellow glitter similar to those in Daffodil and some translucent yellow medium sized hexagons.

The formula and application is great (yes again, I love this consistency of quality!) Here's how it looks on it's own with one, two and three coats (no topcoat) in order:

Let's test out Stargazer with some colors! There's blue (China Glaze - For Audrey) and the off white base (OPI - My Boyfriend Scales Walls). I love how Stargazer shows up well on both the colors which is really great and versatile.

After moving on to the second coat, I realise that it might be a bit too much glitter for me, I liked it better with one coat.

Overall these four polishes have great glitter, application and formula. Chloe and Bella has really amazed me with their polishes. If you knew, I have other reviews (Midnight & Starlight) from Chloe and Bella, do take a look!
