Bornprettystore.com flower stamping plate review + nail art
item was sent for review
Hello there!
I have yet another review and a bonus nail art! Today I am featuring bornprettystore.com's stamping plate. This is the Mixed Flower Nail Art Stamp Template Image Plate BORN PRETTY 20 and here is a close up shot of the deigns on the plate.
There are quite a floral designs on this plate with good variety too! For USD$2.99 I do think that it is worth it :D For today's mani I used the middle image and the one at the most top. Now, let's take a look at what I did!
I do love how my mani turned out! Do you think so too? If yes, read on to find out how I did them ;)
1. Lay down a good base coat.
2. Paint your accent nail (in my case the ring finger) white and the rest black.
3. For your accent design, take a cosmetic sponge and using OPI Sheer Tints, randomly apply the colors on it and start sponging over your white base. Do two times to gain opacity.
4. Let it dry for 10 minutes and then apply a top coat.
5. For your other nails with the black base, use a white stamping polish. Apply it over the image on the plate. For your accent nail, use a black stamping polish.
6. Use a old/unused card to scrape away the excess polish at a 45 degree angle.
7. Quickly take your stamper and roll over the image on the plate.
8. Then roll the stamper over your nail.
9. Let everything dry for 10 minutes and then apply top coat.
I used Konad black and white polish but you can definitely use normal polish but old ones as they are thicker and better used for stamping.
Hope that you enjoyed this short guide on how to use the plate! I felt that the plates were easiy to use and the image picked up was good too!
