Born Pretty Nail Art Stamping Polish Silver & Gold Review

Ola!
It's been a very long time since I did some stamping eh? Stamping is a quick nail art savior when you know which tools and how to use them right! So today I will be sharing with you two stamping polishes from bornprettystore.com.
I chose #1 and #2 which is gold and silver respectively because I found that normal gold and silver polishes that I have could not stamp well. They are not opaque enough or just showing too much glitter than the color that I wanted, so that's why I chose to try out these two colors.
I did all stamping with my Creative Shop stamper and scraper and a design from L004 stamping plate and topped off with Glisten & Glow "HK Girl Top Coat".
First off I tried stamping the gold and silver over a super dark and deep red polish, Dior "Nuit 1947". As you can see, the images transferred quite nicely. I was impressed at the opacity because that was the look I was going for. There are imperfections with my stamping so I think it's not the stamping polish's incapability (LOL).
Here is a closer look at the stamped on image.
I was curious to find out how these stamping polishes would fair over a light colored base. I chose China Glaze "Light As Air" a sweet pale purple polish. Even though the gold was a bit harder to see, I loved the look of it! The silver was surprisingly standing out better against the light base.
Again, here are the close ups!
Overall, these $5 stamping polishes are worth the money if you're getting into stamping. I wished I got them earlier in the days so I could play around with it more then! But it's okay I have them now to experiment on different designs and color combinations :D
Don't forget that BPS ships internationally FOR FREE and you can get a 10% discount using my code "LSTX31" too *wink wink*
