Hello there!
I've been MIA these past few months because I am on Internship at Digimind (as some of you might have seen on my Instagram post). Now, I have decided to take more effort into doing my nails and posting more nail art.
I had one mission today - use polish I have not worn before. Quickly, I knew what I wanted and grabbed Wet Seal "Mint Liqueur" and MODI "70". Greens are not usual colors but I shall make it a challenge! Doing a simple gradient seemed fit for this mint and army green, and so I begun 😄

Hello there!
Wow, it's been a while and I have to say the time passes too quickly! It's already August!! Today's post is special because it's Singapore's 52nd Birthday!! Our country's color is red and white so this manicure is themed around these colors.
I didn't want to do those usual stars and moons that are on our flag, instead, I went for a floral design! This manicure was inspired by Chelsea Queen, I thought that the colors went well with Singapore's flag with a pop of yellow, purple and green flowers and leaves.
Here's the list of polishes that I used:
Red: Kure Bazaar "Juicy"
White: Sinful Colors "Snow Me White"
Black: Sinful Colors "Black on Black"
Purple: pa "A167"
Yellow: OPI "I Can't Cope-acabana"
Pink: Essie "Fiji"
Green: Sally Hansen "Blue Streak"
Hope you liked my manicure, I will be back for more designs soon!

Hello there everyone!
I am finally back after such a long time, I know I know... Today is the 4th year since I started out on Instagram, so I thought it would be nice to at least post a manicure on this special day 😛
Today's manicure is inspired by Zoella's new range of beauty products, in particular, the Gelat'eau Body Mist! How timely that when this range was launched, my parents were in the UK😱 So I'm lucky to have this in my hands so quickly!
I love the packaging of the bottle and thought that I would recreate the designs onto my nails. Everything was done freehand!
I used Essie "Bikini So Teeny", Rimmel London "Reggae Splash", Revlon "Apricot Nectar" and OPI "My Boyfriend Scales Walls".
This manicure was super easy and fun to do! Let me know what you think!

Hello there friend!
It's been a very long time since my last post, ooooops 😛 My apologies dudes, I have started on internship and things are just getting busy! Today I am sharing with you a super old manicure I had on for my trip to South Korea with my Mom back in May.
Here's a shot at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul with an iced coffee. I loved this shot because it's all cool-blue toned hehe!
Now for a close-up shot of this nail art! For the marbled look, I did a simple technique using a stamper. I put on 2 shades of blue and a silver on the stamper head and then squished the colors onto my nails, viola!
I wanted more sparkle, so I added a holo top coat from INM and applied over the marbled nail art. As for my accent, I went for a sophisticated color (my all time fav) "Royals" by B Squared Lacquer.
Now time for the delicious macro shot!
That's all I have for you this week! I will try to post more, I hope not to lose touch with nail art... Anyway, hope you liked today's post and my new sign-off picture below hehe 💓

Hello, friends!
I know I've been super out of touch recently... I just finished my last module for the year last week and so I told myself I needed to post something soon!
For this look, I did a gradient of Cirque Colors "Halcyon" and "Idyllic" using a makeup sponge. The rose gold payoff was better than the blue while creating this gradient effect. After I did a gradient, I added a glossy top coat to make sure the base is set. Then, we move on to the stamping! I picked out two gear designs, an hourglass and clock patterned design. They all stamped beautifully.
I used Konad black stamping polish for this look and then, I decided to add a matte top coat so that I can take nice macro shots for you! They're coming right up 😉
Satisfactory close-up shots? If yes, maybe you could use my code "LSTX31" at BornPrettyStore.com checkout to get a 10% discount! Remember, they have free worldwide shipping!
Hope you have a great week ahead!

Hello hello!
This week I have something new, a review! Introducing to you more
BornPrettyStore stamping plates! Make sure you use my code "LSTX31" for 10% off your purchase with BPS 😉 Now let's start with this gorgeous floral design,
plate BP-L046!!
Here's how part of the plate looks like, click
HERE to see the entire plate! I was very fond of this plate as I specifically chose this plate because I saw the endless possibilities with reversed stamping. And this was exactly what I tried to do in this manicure.
Before moving on, I just wanted to show you a quick picture of the pickup of image on the stamper. I was really impressed with how fine the lines were! 👍 I know the quality is quite bad, I took it on my phone with a shaky hand LOL, but you could still see how nicely the image was picked up!
And now moving on to the manicure itself! I had on three coats of OPI "Bubble Bath" a very soft sheer pinky nude. After which for the pointer and pinky I did a simple white stamping of a floral patterned design, which showed off the nice lines again.
For the other nails, I did reverse stamping! Now I realised that the close up shot is not the nicest, it gives away flaws but hey, I'm not perfect! So here I used China Glaze "Flip Flop Fantasy", Essie "Navigate Her" and OPI "I Just Can’t Cope-acabana" for the extra pop of colors to stand out from the soft background.
I did not add a top coat over the stamper and peeled it off like a decal. Instead, after filling in the colors I let it dry for a bit and while still tacky I stamped the entire design on my nails.
I must say, for reverse stamping, if you want to be super perfect maybe add a layer of top coat before filling the colors. Otherwise you might end up like me, smudging a bit of the black outline on my flowers!
Let me know if you enjoy doing stamping too!

Hey there, HAPPY EASTER!
Today I'm going for a Spring look and of course around the Easter theme 😉 I'll be using a new plate from
BornPrettyStore BP L043 particularly the beautiful butterfly image that I will be doing a reverse stamping.
Moving on to my manicure, I used Sinful Colors "Be Happy" and "Island Coral" and created a gradient on my pointer and pinky, just because I missed doing a sponged gradient 😛 Then I stamped over some chevron patterns from
Bundle Monster's BM-XL202 stamping plate over the gradient.
As for the butterfly image that I mentioned earlier, I first started off with a pale yellow background using Sinful Colors "Unicorn". Then I picked up the image with Konad black stamping polish and then colored in the wings with the Sinful Colors polishes to keep to the color theme of this look.
I'm actually really pleased with the result of the butterfly, as you can see from the close up macro shot below. To keep with the Easter theme, I added some Easter egg designs on my middle nail and drew on some designs on the eggs with white nail polish.
To top it all off, I added Revlon's matte top coat over all the nails to give the entire manicure a softer look. Let me know what you're doing on Easter!
